What a Bicycle Service Includes

A general bicycle service usually starts with a safety inspection and a mechanical review. We check the brakes, gears, drivetrain, tyres, and other key parts to identify what needs attention before any repair is approved.

For routine maintenance, a standard tune-up can help restore smoother riding and more reliable handling. If braking feels weak or shifting is inconsistent, brake adjustment and gear service may be recommended after inspection.

Inspection first, then clear approval before any extra work.

Our workshop begins with a careful check of the bike’s condition so the next steps are easy to understand.

Puncture and tyre repair is also available for walk-in assessment when the issue can be checked on arrival. If additional parts or work are needed, we confirm the scope before moving ahead.

After the work is completed, a quality check is carried out and the service summary explains what was done. This gives riders a clear record of the inspection findings, repairs, and any next-step maintenance to consider.
